Appointments

This practice runs on appointments, however we always accept emergencies and walk-ins are welcome. We book patients for a ten minute consultation. If you require a longer appointment for paperwork or have more than one issue, please ask reception staff to book a double appointment for you.

We ask patients to arrive five minutes before their appointment time to allow us to run as close to schedule as possible. Occasionally our doctors run late - this may be due to emergencies, or unexpected events faced by patients. Please be patient - reception staff will advise you whether your GP is running over time.

New patients are asked to arrive ten minutes prior to their appointment to allow time for staff to create their chart and complete new patient paperwork. Each family member seeing the doctor is required to book an appointment.

We now accept appointments online. If you would like to make a booking, visit DocBook - our online appointments provider. Alternatively, you may also book via our practice number - (07) 3809 2333.
