Cancellation and No Show Policy

If you have made a booking with us, please help us to maintain a quality medical-care environment by providing us with the following courtesy. This helps us to be respectful of other patients' needs and allows us to offer the appointment to another patient in need.

1. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require at least 4 hours' notice of cancellation (24 hours notice for allied health appointments) by contacting us on 3809 2333.

2. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. Please note that you will be marked as "did not attend (DNA) you appointment" if you are running more than 15 minutes late.

3. We will charge a $20 fee if you do not notify us at least 4 hours in advance to cancel/reschedule your appointment or if you did not attend your appointment - remember that every DNA is another patient's denied appointment.

4. If you have accrued multiple DNAs or late cancellations on your account, we reserve the right to reject all future bookings.
