Cancellation and No Show Policy

Please help us maintain medical care by providing us with the following courtesy. This helps us be respectful of other patients' need and allows us to give the appointment to another patient in need.

1. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require at least 4 hours' notice of cancellation (24 hours notice for allied health appointments) by contacting us on 3809 2333.

2. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. Please note that you will be marked as a "no-show" if you are running more than 15 minutes late.

3. We will charge a $20 fee if you do not give us at least 4 hour notice to cancel your appointment or if you failed to attend your appointment.
